report was to ‘build’ a city with the help of illustrator, Graham White.
The result was a stunningly evocative visual ‘toytown’ that featured on a wrap around cover and in a six-page throw-out. Cityscapes throughout the
118-page book brought together the threads of services, maintenance and building in a seamless and engaging way.
